I am passionate about helping women heal from toxic behaviors to create a life worth living. I’ve created a unique program designed to empower women to break free from negative patterns and build healthy relationships with themselves and others.
Many women struggle with low self-esteem, negative self-talk, and unhealthy behaviors that hold them back from living the life they desire. I understand these challenges all too well, having experienced them firsthand. I know that healing and transformation is possible, and I am committed to helping other women achieve the same.
I’ve learned so much during my inner healing journey and have 25 years of knowledge, information and first hand trial and error to get you the results that you are craving!! I am here to say you don’t have to wait another day to do the inner work. I know it’s scary. And I know it’s hard. But so is staying in an unhealthy mental and physical space. We will no longer be people pleasing, extremely needy, clingy, always fixing, bad behavior accepting, over functioning, over giving, super emotional, no boundary having, low self esteem, situationship attracting woman we once were! Over here we have high standards and will not settle for less than what we deserve!!!

Through my coaching program, I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for women to explore their past experiences, identify negative patterns, and learn new tools for building self-worth and healthy relationships. My program is tailored to women who suffer from low self esteem, codependency, love addiction, abandonment and trauma bonding. Although you may not know what some of these terms mean, I can tell you that over 90% of the American population suffers from codependent behaviors alone and most are women. These behaviors are mostly rooted in childhood trauma. So in this program we will definitely be doing some major inner child healing.
The program includes a range of tools and techniques, group coaching, online courses, and workshops. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology to help women shift their mindset and build new habits that support their growth and well-being.
The results of my program speaks for itself. Women who have worked with me report feeling more confident, self-assured, and empowered to create the life they truly want to live. They have gained clarity on their values and priorities, built healthier relationships with themselves and others, and developed the tools they need to overcome obstacles and pursue their dreams.
